    ??? ??!

isa The Problem of Foreign Worker!! …is definitely not an everyday topic, and might be also not a thing that people are eager to talk about. But apparently, Movie director, ??? made a popular comedy movie out of that topic.. ??? ??! (Banga? banga!!) is a 2010 movie about a Korean person living a life as a foreign worker. In this movie, Banga (??), roled by ???-famous Korean comedy actor, lived a life as migrant worker from Bhutan trying to get a job in Korea. *low spoiler alert* At the beginning, Banga is perceived as total foreigner, a Bhutan person, with a funny outfit ingrained with a gawky Korean accent. He applied for a job in a chair factory and admitted himself as Bhutan saram (?? /saram means person). After an incident, Banga was turned out to be a Korean, with full Korean

    Pameran Angkasa Provinsi Gyeonggi 2010

terjemahan dari Gyeonggi-do Sky Expo 2010 This part of my life is called flying…

Sampai akhirnya… [9 Mei 2010] Saya, Ardy (

    No Brain played in SMUFest2010

My campuss, SunMoon University, may be located in the suburban area of Korea, but that doesn’t stop it from getting the shines from Korean artists. Like what happened in the last tuesday night, we got the famous 4Men, rocking Crying Nut, funky and crazy No Brain and the (umm.. what should I call em) sexy After School. No Brain,,, No Brain is a 4-member indi-band who pursues punk music. Establishing an independent label called Munhwa-saki-dan in 1996, the band made its debut in the local pop music scene by participating in the tribute album for Nirvana. With their song The Sea Man included in their debut album, No Brain became the first indi-band to put their song in the local major pop music charts. 4Men played in SMUFest2010

Like what happened in the last tuesday night, we got the famous 4Men, rocking Crying Nut, funky and crazy No Brain and the (umm.. what should I call em) sexy After School. 4Men,,, Okay, I had to admit that even if they are all men, their voices, especially Young-jae voice, were not bad at all (like I would say “they’re very very good” :P) They were actually 3 Men, one of them, Yoon Min-su, left the team in 2001, one man short of its namesake. Young-jaes, strong & masculine voice. Yong Jae high, soft voice Won Joo keeping balance between the two They played ?? (I can’t), ??? (knock-knock-knock), Baby-b

Negosiasi dan Argumentasi (part 1) *hikmah dari film "Thank You for Smoking"

Pertamax, gua bukan tukang debat. Ketiga, Gua juga suka berdiskusi, I love discussion. Tapi mungkin kalia

    The Starbucks Experience

What an Experience!! What’s happened in starbucks organization seems to be my dream model of a company. Bener deh Guys, buku The Starbucks Experience karangan Joseph A. Micheli, bener2 cocok bwt lo yg memiliki konsep(impian) u/ mendirikan sebuah perusahaan yang humanis. Btw, humanis itu yang kyk apa sih? Humanis itu memperlakukan manusia sebagai manusia.   Nih dia contohnya, manusia ingin idenya didengar, di Starbucks, pegawai level rendah sekalipun bisa diundang presentasi di depan direksi jika dia punya inovasi2 cemerlang. Trus, manusia ingin kerja kerasnya dihargai, di Starbucks, pekerja yg ngelembur, gak dihargai dgn uang lembur tapi dikasih saham (dgn harga yg miring).
