    Independence Day at Independence Hall

I live in Cheonan. Since the first time I came to Korea, I did a lot of travel. It’s like every week. Campus, concert, expo, museum, parade, park, amusement park, event or beautiful places were like my regular destinations. They were all out-of-town, let say Seoul, Daejon, Ansan, Suwon, Busan, etc. Yet, until 3 months ago I hadn’t known any attractive place in my own town.. [Until I saw a friend of mine pix..] Then I asked her what and where it was. She answered “Independence Hall, in Cheonan?” What the..!??. I have been like 10 months in Korea, visiting many places.. But how could I miss this wonderful place in front of my doorstep??? Later I visited it. And true, it’s a fun, historical and colorful place. Bottom line, it’s great!! Then I visite

    IFSA Assembly in SNU

The International Forestry Students Association (IFSA) is the global network for students in forest sciences. It unites approximately 3000 students in about 69 member associations (called Local Committees) in over 40 countries. IFSA is a non-governmental, non for profit and non religious organisation entirely run by students for students. I were just invited for a lunch.. I’m not the kind of guy who made a trip just for a free-food (it’s a long trip anyway from Asan to Seoul, almost 2 hours). I accepted my friend’s invitation to broaden my knowledge, see more people, and have some friends! :D And here is what happened that day.. arrived at SNU, Gwanak campus.. It’s a beautiful campus! met my friend.. my friend, viko Since he was busy organizing the event

A glimpse of summer in Korea

Some said.. summer is boring, other said.. nothing’s right with summer, too hot to stay, yet also too hot to do things outside.. but I said, like these Koreans did.. summer is just do it! Here are pics when I visited SNU-Gwanak campuss last week. I was kinda suprised that the bank of the small river in SNU was used by people to splash some water, free some sweat, and have some fun! This is SNU.. This is what you see when you look below the trees, out of the fence. it looks like they're having a picnic down there walking a while passing college of natural science building, We could see these.. That day was very hot.. I was walking and really wanted to join them down there. Unfortunately, I had made a promise with my friend..
